HARYA RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

We want you to love your HARYA purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with its original packaging, when applicable
  • Free from damage, stains, scratches, or signs of wear

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once worn or used. Personalized or customized products are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Return

Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from HARYA.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, you may be asked to return the original item and place a new order.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing or fulfillment. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
